What's on the lunch menu for this week? Thursday's lunch will be as planned: Tangerine Chicken. Friday will be Stuffed Crust Pizza instead of Garlic Bread Pizza. Hey Eagles! We are missing you like crazy right now and want to challenge you to keep reading. You may post a picture in the comments, send it as a private message to our page or email it to Ms. D'Haene at rjdhaene@stcs.org. Multiple winners will get to choose a new book from Ms. D's shelves.

The Arrowwood family grew over the past couple of weeks. Congratulations to Mrs MacMurray's family who welcomed Kenna Jean Louise. Big brother is loving helping g to take care of her.

Arrowwood Elementary will be closed Wednesday, April 15th, due to flooding. All activities, Step by Step and the After School Program will also be cancelled at Arrowwood. All other STCS schools are open.

The Arrowwood PTO is so excited to invite our families to join us for a sweet start to the day next week! We can't wait to see you there for Donuts with Grownups.

When to Join Us:
Third Grade: Wednesday, April 15th
Fourth & Fifth Grades: Thursday, April 16th

Morning Details:
Time: 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM (Students will head to class at 7:30)

Entrance: Please enter through the Arrowwood Conference Center.

Extra Fun: The Book Fair will be open during this time! It’s a great chance to browse and shop together before the school day begins.

We hope you can make it to enjoy breakfast and some special time with the student in your life.

Ms Frost and Ms V's room was magically transformed to Cafe 324. A local spot full of marvelous mystery delicacies for third graders to sample. On the menu a couple of A to Z Mysteries, King and Kyla, and a few other thrilling adventures for students to try before diving into to their latest book club.

Mrs. Hill was happy to accept an invitation to this afternoon's book tasting from Mrs. Selk and her 3rd grade class. Students entered the fancy restaurant and sampled 3 courses of mystery books for their next unit. It was an absolute treat!

The Scholastic Book Fair is open for business! Mrs. Charity and the PTO will be available for shoppers each day from 7 to 3:30, Monday through Friday. They even have a special station where you can buy a book for your child's classroom. We can't wait to see what our readers take home! 📚

Preview day will be Friday and the fair will be open during school hours next week. In addition, Book Fair will be open during Donuts with Grownups on April 15th and 16th before school.

Today marks Day 1 on Testing Island. You’ve practiced the strategies, you've reviewed the maps, and you are ready for the challenge.
