Arrowwood families, our incredible staff worked harder than ever this year. Now, they are ready to relax, recharge, and make a splash!
But they didn't head into summer break alone... If you spot a little yellow rubber ducky tag-along in our community (or across the globe!) this summer, that’s an Arrowwood staff's official travel buddy! We’ve challenged our staff to take their "companion ducks" on all their summer adventures from backyard pools to mountaintops.
Keep an eye out for some familiar faces (and beaks!) in our updates, and get ready to see where in the world our Arrowwood flock traveled when we return in the August! Also continue to keep watch for various summer challenges shared on our social media.
First share is one of the Arrowwood ducks flew south and even ran into an Eagle visiting Texas!
Have an amazing, safe, and restful summer, Arrowwood!

We had a great afternoon at Arrowwood celebrating the end of the year. Today students from each grade level had their PRIDE tickets drawn to put a shaving cream "pie" in an adult's face, the inflatable race between staff members, and the Fifth Grade Color Run. The annual checker tournament started with a practice round in Mr Rosebush's classroom. Students move through the bracket and one becomes the champion of checkers.

Prepping the Eagles for their summer adventures and sharing our love of reading. Students walked away with lots of free books to keep from the library and intervention rooms. Keep reading all summer long, Eagles 🦅!

Celebrating kindness towards others with this Eagle today before she leaves the nest for the school year.

Ms Marisa"s classroom finished their insect unit with a KNOTS language group party! Insect bingo and dirt pudding cups were a hit with all of the students.

This Eagle flew to the office this morning to celebrate achieving math a goal. 🙌 He's ready to soar into 4th grade math!

The keys were handed over to two students today as they took over for Principal of the Day. Both students earned 200 PRIDE tickets this school year and selected to become the big boss today. They assisted with running obstacle courses, hallway management, delivering letters and offering feedback to their teacher.

Our lost and found had exploded for the end of the year! All items will be donated on Friday afternoon if they are not claimed.

Eagles 🦅 achieving all of their survival skills on spring testing were able to be treated to an obstacle course and treat.
