White Pine offers a wide variety of interscholastic sports in which 6th, 7th and 8th grade students may participate.

White Pine competes in the Midland - Mt. Pleasant - Bay City - Saginaw Athletic Conference (MMtBS).

It should be noted that a vast majority of the coaches at White Pine are educators. We strive to hire coaches that know what is developmentally appropriate for middle level athletes and give staff members a chance to connect with students lives outside of the classroom. White Pine is a member of the Michigan High School Athletic Association. The sports seasons are divided into four seasons unlike the traditional 3 seasons at the high school level. Four sports seasons allows for greater participation in a greater number of sports offerings for the middle level athletes.
