Sept 5th: On October 6th, HHS will be hosting the Michigan Math Prize Competition. The purpose of the MMPC is to encourage students to develop their interests and abilities in math. The students with the top 100 scores in the two parts of the competition will be honored at an awards program. Approximately $20,000 in scholarships ranging from $250 to $2,500 will be awarded this year. The competition cost $4. Students interested in signing up should see Mr. Carpenter in room 109 ASAP.
