On Tuesday, Oct. 21, The Heritage Varsity Volleyball Team will host its first ever "Volley For the Cure" night at their game against
Mt. Pleasant.
The girls are using this as a fundraiser for Breast Cancer research. They are going to be wearing hot pink jerseys with the name of
a cancer survivor or in memory of a person who had cancer. We're hoping they'll be able to play with pink volleyballs and the refs
will wear pink jerseys as well.
They are going to be having a bake sale, selling raffle tickets, and selling flowers to help raise money, and will be having a
volleyball serving contest with those who hit a specific spot on the floor winning prizes donated by local businesses.
It's a fun family night for a great cause and a great way to see our HHS team in action!
