Counseling Department


Counseling activities include a wide range of services.  The major services of the Counseling Department include holding individual/group problem-solving conferences; administering academic testing programs; counseling students about post-secondary options; scheduling; coordinating students on the job; registering students for the skill center; and making provisions for the dissemination of educational, occupational, and vocational information. Large and small group student meetings are also held with college admissions counselors, representatives of trade/business schools, Armed Service representatives, and various career speakers addressing the six career pathways.  Counselors also perform innumerable other services for students and parents and are always ready to assist them.  Following is the list of counselor assignments according to he first initial of the student's last name:
