Welcome to the Heritage High School
Counseling activities include a wide range of services. The major services of the Counseling Department include holding individual/group problem-solving conferences; administering academic testing programs; counseling students about post-secondary options; scheduling; coordinating students on the job; registering students for the skill center; and making provisions for the dissemination of educational, occupational, and vocational information. Large and small group student meetings are also held with college admissions counselors, representatives of trade/business schools, Armed Service representatives, and various career speakers addressing the six career pathways. Counselors also perform innumerable other services for students and parents and are always ready to assist them. Attention Seniors - Final Transcript Request All seniors planning on attending college next year should make sure they request a final transcript be sent to their college through the parchment website. When making this selection, please make sure to choose "the next grading window," this will ensure that it is the final transcript that is sent. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Moore at 399-8052.

Fall Dual Enrolmment at Delta College High School Students planning to take a class at Delta in the fall and are interested in the early registration period must have their applications completed through their high school counselor, including billing authorization, by Wednesday, March 7th. Please see the Delta College website or the HHS Counseling Office for a dual enrollment application. Students who do not make the March 7 deadline will have to register during the normal registration period. |
