STCS has contracted Spence Brothers and Wolgast Corporation as co-construction managers to oversee bond funded projects. Both have offices in Saginaw. Spence Brothers will be responsible for all projects at Arrowwood Elementary, Hemmeter Elementary, Westdale ELementary, and White Pine Middle School. Wolgast Corporation will be responsible for all projects at Plainfield Elementary, Sherwood Elementary, Weiss ELementary, and Heritage High School. |
