Register using your Six digit school ID
  Use the on-line system to indicate the schools to receive your transcript
  Your transcript will be sent electronically

This system is new this year.  It is the preferred method for most colleges & universities

Print out the Transcript Release Form and send  to:

2. You will need to give the following Information:
  Full Name
  Maiden Name
  Graduation Year and school attended (Heritage, Eisenhower or MacArthur)
  Birthdate
  Today's Date
  Name and address of place transcript needs to be sent.

College transcripts need to be mailed school to school.

Transcript fee is $5.00 (per transcript). Send a check or money order to Heritage High School. We do not take credit cards. ORPay cash to the cashier's office at Heritage HIgh School.
