High School Profile

Many colleges/universities request a copy of the High School Profile as part of application and/or financial aid information.  A copy of our most current profile is attached to this page.


Requesting a Transcript

To order a transcript:

1. Submit a completed transcript request form transcript release form to Main Office

2. Go to www.parchment.com

3.  Use the on-line system to indicate the schools to receive your transcript
 

Your transcript will be sent electronically; this is the preferred method for most colleges & universities, especially in Michigan.

  OR:

Print out the transcript release form and send  to: 
Heritage High School Counseling Office
  Attn: Main Office
  3465 N. Center Road
  Saginaw, Michigan 48603  

2. You will need to give the following Information:
  Full Name
  Maiden Name
  Graduation Year and school attended (Heritage, Eisenhower or MacArthur)
  Birthdate
  Today's Date
  Name and address of place transcript needs to be sent.

College transcripts need to be mailed school to school.

Transcript fee is $5.00 (per transcript). Send a check or money order to Heritage High School. We do not take credit cards. ORPay cash to the cashier's office at Heritage HIgh School.
