i belive that the new version of this movie was a different but a decently layed out movie. They had mixed past language with future life. i thought the part about how their town center was the beach and that was their hangout for the movie instead of intown. also i liked how the two known familys were considered modern gangs with guns. Instead of having a ball they had a moddern day holloween party witch was very well shot with the focusing in and out to show the crazyness of the ball. this movie had a good idea of blending the two times together to keep the same story line in a new timed movie. aslo i think the lighting was great in this movie such as the storm near the deaths of both of them becasue inside was a gloomy and heartshaping moment, becasue it had that darkish but nice relaxing feeling in it becasue its helping you know when a serious moment is going to take place. |
