this movie was an original classic and also in my oppinion is one of greatest classic films ever created. This had begun with a man who was strugling for money and had needed to finish writing his story which he never had. He is one day running away from the cops becasue he had no other choice but to go to jail. And when this happened he had no other choice but to stop at the house of norma desmond who was a self obsesed crazy lady who fell in love instantly with the newly met man. And he was not alowed to leave he had to help norma finish her poorly written story. and in the mean time figuring out who this person was and is. in this movie had great visual shots. My favorite shot has to be when shes talking about herself the camera is a close up to her face such as she thinks the world looks at her, and at which the same time talking about how amazing she is she doesent get a taste for the real world. this shows alot of good shots such as in the end joe gillis is dead in the pool and shot by norma and the shot is from inside the pool looking up at the dead body and also showing the investigation people trying to write down and take pictures as to what had happened. |
